Shipping Time:

Netherlands: 2-5 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
International: 10-20 business days

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

EU Customers - Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 days from delivery to return items. Please note:

You pay return shipping costs
A 25% restocking fee applies to cover production costs
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

All Customers - Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days at meow@boogiecatz.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund at no cost to you.
